DAFZA located next to Dubai International Airport (Dubai Airport Free Zone Authority) is one of the most renown Free Zones in the UAE and in an ideal business location. Internationally renowned companies have their offices in DAFZA for their activities in Dubai, the UAE, and GCC. Constantly increasing demand led to the decision to build an additional Headquarter for DAFZA management located as an extension to the existing HQ.
Arco Interiors was the main ID contracting company under Belhasa “The main Contractors”, the scope of work involved all ID contracting work for a total area of 3800 sqm, the project was executed as per the proposed program with extraordinary quality taking in consideration the focus of details and materials within the approved allocated budget from DAFZA and handed over second quarter 2017.
The Supreme Legislation Committee was established pursuant to Decree No. (23) of 2014 Concerning the Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai issued by H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, and Prime Minister, in his capacity as Ruler of the Emirate of Dubai.
The establishment of the SLC was in line with the strategic plan of the Government of Dubai. The SLC will regulate the issuing and review of legislation in the Emirate by adopting a clear and effective procedure and methodology, developing the legislative process, improving legislation quality and efficiency, building a legal system that would fulfill the aspirations and ambitions of the Emirate, and ensuring that legislative provisions are in compliance with the Constitution, and applicable federal and local legislation.

Borouge, Al Dhafra & Al Yasat Offices (ADNOC) project was a true challenge to design and build with a limited period. We have been provided a fresh impression to the client with completing and delivering the stunning beauty of widest twelve floors offices in Abu Dhabi World Trade Center (WTC).
ADMA (ADNOC) was decided to combine their operational location to World Trade Center Abu Dhabi – WTC. Our team efficiently designed and built 50 numbers of floors with the international quality standard in the longest business tower in Abu Dhabi in just 6 months.
